Our Latest Projects
This property is over 100 years old and still has its original hardwood floors. We removed a couple of load-bearing walls and reconfigured the entire 1st-floor layout. This allowed us to enlarge the kitchen space and incorporate an open concept with the living room. We installed a window that measures 8’x5’, allowing the natural light to dance off of the gold fixtures. Quartz countertops with a waterfall accent and a coffee bar with open shelving really tie it all together.
This property was gutted to the studs and we rebuilt the entire back half of the home from the foundation up. There was a tremendous amount of water damage as it sat vacant for quite some time. This home is located in the Oakland neighborhood and was built in 1900. With all new mechanicals, roof, windows, floors, etc we wanted to preserve the original brick and fireplace accents. By mixing the old with the new, and using art and furniture to add some flavor, we feel we have preserved the original character.
With an 11.5’ peninsula, 10’ ceilings, and more art than the MET, this kitchen is a true stunner. Charcoal cabinets, Carrara Quartz, and black accents. Local artist Baron Batch’s “Small steps are very OK” Penguin painting, really gives the space some color.
