OUR STREAMLINED PROCESS TO SIMPLIFY YOUR HOME RENOVATION
STEP 1
REQUEST QUOTE
If you are interested in working with Pittsburgh Property Remodelers, the first step is to reach out and tell us about your project. We are a full service design + build remodeling company with a focus on customer service. We handle all aspects of your project from idea to completion. Please give our office a call today or fill out the contact form below to start the 6-step process. In the meantime , please do some due diligence on our company to learn more about who we are and what we do.
STEP 2
Discovery Call
The goal is to better understand your project vision and construction needs. We will be asking a handful of questions to better understand your situation and how we can help. We will cover everything from design ideas to budget and timelines. Please get your questions ready and let’s chat about your upcoming project.
STEP 3
In-Home Consultation
Our Project Advisor will meet you at your property to answer any questions you may have and gather all the information needed to provide you with a quote. This process typically takes 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of the project. We will take pictures and measurements for reference when putting together your project’s quote. We will need to see all necessary areas of your property that will be remodeled, including your garage and basement areas to inspect structural supports and mechanicals if needed.
STEP 4
Project Proposal
Within 72 hours of our In-Home Consultation, we will provide you with your Project Proposal. This quote will include all labor, rough materials and budget for finish materials needed to complete the scope of work.
STEP 5
Pre-Project Walkthrough & Design Phase
Our project advisor will return to your property with our team to finalize layouts and start the detailed design phase. We will introduce you to our Design Specialist and Project Manager. We will all walk through the scope of work together ensuring that everyone is on the same page and answer any questions along the way. We will discuss everything from layouts to scheduling and everything in between. Our design specialist will be working with you to make all of the finish material selections.
STEP 6
Project Start
The day has finally arrived! It is time for us to build your dreams into reality. Our team will arrive every bright and early at 7:30 am. The first 30 minutes to 1 hour will be spent setting up, we will lay down drop clothes and hang plastic. We work Monday-Friday from 7:30-3:30 excluding all major holidays and weekends. Your dedicated project manager will meet with you every morning to discuss the days goals and answer any questions.
